As you would expect, Camden Cleaning Company promise that we will carry out the work to the highest possible standards and we will give 24 hours for the customer to make any complaints they may have. We will send someone to rectify the problem and we will handle the problem. If there is a damage to the carpet or it is clear that the stains are old and clearly not removable, the company does not consider itself liable if stains are not removed.

It is important that the client is prepared to give a certain amount of information to allow us to send someone to the property. We have to know the address, name of the client, a phone number and an email address and also the payment details as 50% will be taken at the time of booking.

Our cleaning company will provide all the equipment and products that will be used, but the client must give access to water and electricity. Failure to do this will mean that the cleaning staff cannot carry out their duties effectively and this will affect any claim in relation to dissatisfaction with the work.

When hiring our end of tenancy cleaning service, it is important that the client is aware of the scope of the project and does not have unrealistic expectations about the work that will be carried out. Work such as washing up, laundry and work to the exterior of the property is not covered.

Cleaning prices are clear and there will not be a deviance from them. Cancellation is accepted as long as it is more than 24 hours before the job and if this time period is not allowed, the 50% payment that has been paid will be forfeited.
